Baked Fish Balls

I strongly believe that baking foods is better than deep frying foods. I can promise you baking meat balls can be tastier and healthier than fried ones. I also bake fish balls while others fry them. It is tasty, simple and easy.

20 fish balls

Ingredients:

600 gr. minced fresh Nile Perch
1 egg
2 grated carrots
Finely chopped onion lightly fried
1 flat tsp. Paprika
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
2-3 spoons of chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
Crushed black pepper

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Mix all ingredients and cool for half an hour.

3. Put oiled baking paper in the pan, arrange the fish balls and bake 10-15 minutes on each side.
