1 big chopped onion
1/2 cup black lentils
1 1/2 cups rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 spoon soup powder
Diced black pepper
1. Brew the lentils for 1 hours, cook them for 20 minutes and filter.
2. Fry the onion, add rice, water, lentils and spices cover pan, turn down heat and cook for 18 minutes, Let the rice sit covered for 10 minutes.
