200 gr. pasta butterflies
2 dark green zucchini cut into cubes (no need to peel)
20 Champignon Mushrooms roughly cut up
1 chopped medium-sized onion
20 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
3 cut up pickled cucumbers
crushed black pepper
1. cook the pasta according to package instructions. add a bit of olive oil and set aside.
2. fry the onion for a couple of minutes, add the zucchini, make them sautéed, but avoid making them soft, just crispy and add the mushrooms, get them sautéed for 2 minutes and season.
3. put them on a serving plate, add the pasta and the rest of the ingredients and season.
