Potato Salad, I remember it from childhood My mother used to make it. It is as easy to prepare as it is tasty! It is a pleasure to make it again and again.
1 cup peas and carrots
3-4 full spoons of mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Crushed black pepper
1. Peel the potatoes and boil until they tender, towards the end of the cooking of the potatoes add the eggs and cook them until they become hard-boiled. Cool the potatoes and the eggs for an hour.
- 1. Cut the potatoes and the eggs into small cubes, slice the pickles and mix all ingredients. Spice in the end.
- Decorate with chopped parsley and a bit of tomatoes.
