Rainbow Panna Cotta

This is a gorgeous recipe made with minimal effort. It’s one of the most beautiful individual desserts I’ve made! So easy and delicious, you have to try it.

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
10 g gelatin
1/4 cup water

Food coloring

 

Preparation:

1. Mix the gelatin with the water and wait 10 minutes. Place in microwave and heat on high for 30 seconds.

2. Heat the cream and sugar on medium heat and mix until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat.

3. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.

4. Divide into three containers. Add 2 drops of a different colored food coloring to each container and mix well. Fill each cup with around 15 ml and freeze for 30 minutes or until the layer stabilizes.
Then pour 15 ml of the second color on top and return to freezer for another 30 minutes.
Repeat with the last color.

*5. Chill in the fridge overnight.
