Ingredients:
3 red peppers
3 yellow peppers
1 big chopped onion
2 full spoons of Ketchup
2 spoons vinegar
1/3 cup chopped parsley
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Fry onion until it yellows, fry peppers for 5 minutes until they become soft, add all ingredients and mix, check taste and take off the fire.
