Baked cabbage

What a treat! So easy and so tasty (I know I say this a lot but the recipes on the site really are delicious and simple to make…)
I love the simplicity and wonderful flavor. It’ll only take one minute to prepare and the oven does all the work. Super addictive!

Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

1 large head of cabbage (or two heads of cabbage)
Olive oil
Salt

That’s it? Yup, that’s it

Preparation:

1. Preheat an oven to 200°C.

2. Roughly chop the cabbage, note the photos.

3. Arrange on parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

4. Bake for around 30-40 minutes or until nice and golden.
