Baked cauliflower bechamel sauce
What is there to say about Cauliflower? It is always available, it is tasty, it is good to keep at home and it offers many possibilities of preparation. This time I am making cauliflower in Bechamelle Cream and breadcrumbs.
1 big cauliflower
100 gr. butter
3 spoons of flour
2 cups of water
1 spoon of soup powder
Diced black pepper
1. Separate the flowers, boil in water, add 1 tsp. salt and boil some more and filter.
2. In a hot pan, melt the butter, add the flour, mix, season and cook for several minutes until it becomes thick.
3. Dip the flowers in the Bechamelle Cream, coat with breadcrumbs and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
