Baked cauliflower with breadcrumbs
Sometimes a love story is born – Baked Cauliflower is one of my favorite dishes; several years ago I wasn’t enthusiastic about it at all, but then I went to a restaurant and had an excellent cauliflower, so I just fell in love with it.
1 medium-sized cauliflower
4-5 spoons mayonnaise
3 spoons onion soup
Diced black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Separate cauliflower into flowers, brew for 10 minutes in boiling water and filter.
3. Mix mayonnaise with onion soup, dip the flowers into the sauce and into the crumbs (top of the flower).
3. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft.
