I strongly think that this mad world we live in calls for easy and simple food; dealing with the preparation of cooking as little as possible and letting the rest of the work for the oven. This time I am making a fancy baked cauliflower. Lovely, impressive and it is just perfect for a nice dinner party. It is a superb dish that stands out because of its simplicity.
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
5-6 spoons olive oil
1 spoon Paprika
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
Diced black pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. brew the cauliflower for 1 minute and filter, season with spices.
3. mix well and bake for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft.
2. Pour Tahini on the cauliflower and serve.
