

Baked Cauliflower
This is one of the easiest, and tastiest cauliflower recipes out there.
A quick parboil, season, bake, and enjoy.
No frying required and no compromise on taste. Golden and crispy, completely irresistible!
I eat these straight off the baking tray, it’s hard to stop.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower
120 ml olive / canola oil (1/2 cup)
1 level tsp paprika
1/3 tsp turmeric
Ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vinegar
Preparation:
1. Break up the cauliflower into florets. Bring a pot of water to a boil with 1 Tbsp of vinegar. Add the cauliflower florets and parboil for 10 minutes, drain and cool.
2. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
3. Mix together the olive oil, paprika, turmeric, and pepper. Dip the cauliflower florets in the mixture and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and bake for around 40 minutes.
