Baked potato halves
This is one of those easy and delicious recipes that don’t require a lot of ingredients and they pair well with almost any meal.
I served these with burgers and they were devoured without a trace. Such an easy recipe and you’ll love every bite.
Ingredients:
6 potatoes
Olive oil / canola oil
Rock salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat an oven to 220°C.
3. Peel and halve the potatoes and place them with their flat side down on a baking tray.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
Served with a fish burger, which came out perfect!
Good to know…
You don’t need to parboil the potatoes. You can use regular salt instead of rock salt.
