Banana and Chocolate Chips Cookies
Is there really banana in these cookies ? Yes, definitely,
its Very delicious cookies my kids love them. I let them guess what is in the cookies, but they never guess
Ingredients:
100 gr butter
1 big egg
200 gr sugar (1 cup)
1 big ripe banana
1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
320 grself-rising flour (2.5 cups minus 3 spoons)
1/3 of a cup of Instant Chocolate
1/2 a cup of Chocolate Chips
Preparation:
1. Process ingredients into a sticky dough, make balls smaller than Ping-Pong Balls.
2. Heat up the oven to 180°C and bake the cookies approximately 8 -10 minutes.
