Belgian wafer marble
Gourmet dessert prepared within a couple of minutes. stop buying the wafers in coffee shops and make them at home. since I like to amuse myself in the kitchen, I decided to play with colors, add one more color to the wafer and here is the wonderful result that I got.
1. Beat the eggs and sugar together by hand, add all ingredients into the ball the flour last.
2. Take out a 1/3 of the mixture and mix with the cocoa powder.
3. When you start to prepare, pour first one tsp of the cocoa mixture, mix a little and add the white mixture on top. prepare as usual.
4. Serve with chocolate syrup, maple or without anything.
