Boneless skinless chicken thighs in honey bbq sauce

This is a great recipe for a family entree, made with pantry staples. When I want to make lunch for the kids (let’s put schnitzel aside for now), I make these chicken thighs.
The sauce is amazing, and the chicken is juicy and delicious!  You can use the sauce for chicken breast or wings, whatever you have works with it.
I promise you that once you try this, it’ll feature on your regular recipe rotation.
At first glance, it’s not that impressive but wait until you taste it!
You can also make a larger batch of the sauce and freeze it for future use.

Ingredients:

10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 heaped Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
2 heaped Tbsp honey
1 tsp minced garlic

Preparation:

1.    Mix all the sauce ingredients until well combined. Cut the chicken thighs in half, clean of all fat and sinew, season and leave to marinate in the sauce for around an hour.

2.    Add 4 Tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden on both sides. Remove to a plate lined with a paper towel.

Baking option:
3. Covered, for around 30 minutes at 180°C.
