Boneless skinless chicken thighs with honey and soy sauce

Chicken thighs are one of the juiciest and most tender parts of the bird. This is a classic recipe for kids that like dark meat. The great thing about this is that it only takes a few minutes from prep to table without too much mess or fuss and it’s so delicious. My kids love this recipe and clean their plates every time I make it.

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients:

1 kg thinly pounded boneless skinless chicken thigh cutlets
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
Ground black pepper

Preparation:

1. Put the chicken in a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix everything well. Let stand for around 20 minutes, mixing occasionally with your hands.

2. Heat a few Tbsp of oil in a pan and add the chicken. Sauté until golden on both sides.

Also featuringmeat rolls and tomato soup

Good to know…
