


Bounced Bread Cubes
You surely have some leftovers of white bread stashed somewhere in the kitchen, isn’t it a shame to throw them away? You can create tasty snacks that go well with salads and cheeses. Bottom line make sure you have white bread leftovers after the weekend.
Ingredients:
5 slices of white bread cut into cubes with the crusts
3 spoons breadcrumbs
2 eggs
4-5 spoons oil
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, add the spices and the cubes, mix them with your hands so that they absorb the eggs.
- 2. Pour the 4-5 spoons of oil on hot pan and fry the cubes from all sides.
- 3. Take out the cubes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and lay on Paper towels.
