Broccoli salad with vinaigrette
You may eat Broccoli Salad with Honey Vinaigrette with a clear conscience; you may eat a lot! Some people make faces when Broccoli is mentioned, but I have discovered that if it is cooked properly it will have a beautiful color, healthy and yummy. Listen, the most fun part is that it needs minimum cooking, 2 minutes and it is ready to be devoured
Ingredients:
2 heads of Broccoli
1 handful of sunflower seeds (optional)
Honey Vinaigrette:
5-6 spoons of olive oil
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. mustard
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Brew the Broccoli for 1-2 minutes, filter and wash with water.
- 2. One hour before serving mix the ingredients of the dressing and mix with the broccoli.
- 3. Roast the sunflower seeds and sprinkle on top
