


Broccoli Salad
Healthy and tasty I like to add Broccoli to the salad; it’s got such a wonderful shade of green. I mix all sorts of vegetables to make it as colorful as possible. I set a big bowl in the center of the table and it looks so attractive! It is suitable for every meal.
Ingredients:
500 gr. Broccoli
20 cherry tomatoes
1 big grated carrot
1 medium-sized sliced onion cut in half
Sauce:
3 spoons mayonnaise
Squeeze half a lemon
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Cut the flowers of the Broccoli and brew them in boiled water for one minute, take out wash with cold water, and dry.
2. Cut the cherry Tomatoes and mix with all ingredients.
3. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon Juice, mustard, sugar and garlic, Season with salt & pepper.
4. Add the sauce 4-5 hours before serving.
