Carrot and Apple Fritters
Sometimes I fancy eating something light, Not meat, preferably vegetables in a good sauce. These are delicate and tasty, they show that apples go very well with carrots.
13 Fritters
Ingredients:
3 big carrots
1 apple
2 spoons oil
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
Sauce:
1 thinly chopped onion
1 spoon Paprika
1 spoon honey
1 spoon tomato puree
2 cups water
diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Grate carrots and apples, add all ingredients and Make Fritters, squeeze the liquids.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Cover the pan with oily baking paper, arrange the pancake and bake for 25 minutes or until they are golden in one side.and about 10 minutes on the other side or until its become golden
4. Fry the onion, add the rest of the sauce ingredients, cook for several minutes and put in the Fritters carefully because they are delicate and cook for 10 more minutes.
