


Casserole of Tuna and Vegetables
There are things that are always good to keep in the pantry; they last long and they are handy when you need to prepare something and have not prepared anything.
Preparation:
1. Poach the tomatoes and peel (if you do not feel like it, give up) and cut into cubes, fry the onion, add cloves and fry a bit more, add tomatoes, Zucchini, water, salt and pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
- 2. Add the crumbled Tuna and cook for 15-20 minutes. Check seasoning.
- 3. Serve with white rice.
