Cauliflower in Tahini
Cauliflower in Tahini is one of the tastiest dishes and I’ll say no more. I once ate it in a restaurant and I discovered how tasty it was. I can live on it all the time! Even people who don’t like cauliflower should taste it and fall in love. There is nothing simpler but cauliflower and Tahini; it is superb.
1. Brew the cauliflower flowers for several minutes and filter.
2. Fry the cauliflower flowers in half-deep oil until they yellow, take them out and lay on absorbing paper.
3. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle Tahini on top.
Take small bites and enjoy.
Comment: Don’t give up on the frying. It is essential to this dish.
