Cauliflower nuggets
Treat to nibble, snack, I don’t know what to call it, but everybody binges it; it is on the kitchen marble, the size of a bite, and nobody can ignore it. Well, I wanted to check the taste and tried one, and another one and another one… Now I know it’s perfect!
Ingredients:
1 medium sized cauliflower
The dough:
2 cups flour
1 cup white beer
1 cup soda water
1 flat spoon of sweet Paprika
Diced black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation:
1. Separate the cauliflower into flowers, brew in boiling water for 10 minutes until it gets soft, but not too soft. Filter.
2. Mix all ingredients to get a thick mixture, heat up a pan with deep oil, dip the flowers in the mixture and place them gently into the oil. The process only takes several minutes. Place on paper towels.
