Chicken hearts with Israeli couscous
Why do I like to keep hearts in the freezer? because I have to offer lunch daily and I need things that take a very short while to be served on the table. Hearts and Israeli couscous don’t need much cooking and go well together. Besides, the children devour this kind of food!
