Chicken Wings with Peas and Carrots
On Monday we eat the leftovers from Sunday, but if there are no leftovers? Then we take out the wings from the freezer. They are the softest part of the chicken, most suitable for children. Cooked in a good sauce, they come out absolutely delicious!
1 kg wings cut into two
1 big chopped onion
1 1/2 cup peas and carrots
1 1/2 cup water
1 spoon tomato puree
1 spoon Paprika
1 spoon soup powder
Crushed black pepper
1. Heat the pot in advance with oil. Fry the onion, put the wings on top, add the spices and the water and cook for 40 minutes.
2. Add peas and carrots and cook for 15 minutes more.
