Chips Omeletee
My children love eating Chips Omelet very much; it is a light and easy supper. I’ll tell you a secret, my husband also likes it; in our family, the boundaries between growns up and children food are blurred. We all enjoy the same food together. Great pleasure.
Ingredients:
3 big eggs
1 big fried sliced potato
50 gr. grated yellow cheese
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix all ingredients pour into hot pan and fry until it becomes yellow.
3. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
4. Serve with vegetables
