The moment I put it on the site, it became a hit! The children asked me to introduce some changes. therefore I added an extra element. the bites are bursting with chocolate, they are soft and moist, they are so good!
120 gr dark chocolate
80 gr butter
200 gr (1 cup) sugar
140 gr (1 cup) flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Melt chocolate and butter to homogeneous mixture, add eggs and sugar and mix add flour and in the end the chocolate chips.
3. Fill each cup of one 12-cup muffin tin with 3/4 tablespoon.
*4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.To check readiness,Insert a clean toothpick into the center of a muffin. If there are some wet crumbs clinging to the toothpick, it is ready.
