Chocolate brownies with coffee
There aren’t many things that can compete with Brownies in their juiciness and their taste of chocolate. children love them very much!

Ingredients:
150 gr milk chocolate
50 gr.Dark chocolate
200 gr (1 cup) sugar
100 gr butter
1 spoon Instant cocoa
3 eggs
100 gr (1/2 cup+3 spoons) of flour
Coffee cream:
Sweet cream
3/4 cup milk
Instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. Coffee
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Melt chocolate and butter into homogeneous cream, add sugar, eggs, Instant Cocoa and flour.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crumbs on the toothpick come out moist. Let it cool.
4. Whip cream, milk, Instant vanilla and coffee.
*5. Options: spread whipped cream on the brownies and then cut into square pieces, or cut and then apply the cream. decorate with strawberries.
