Chocolate cake fingers
Got some leftover cake ? Why not make some Chocolate cake fingers.
I promise, it’s just as yummy as it looks!
Ingredients:
Crumbling cake
A few tablespoons of milk
150 gr of milk chocolate
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1/3 cup of powdered sugar
Preparation:
- 1. Combine the cake and the milk in a medium sized bowl
2. Spread mixture evenly into mold and freeze.
- 3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, add the cream and melt in microwave until melted and smooth. Poured the chocolate cream on the cake.
4. Freeze for a few hours.
5. Cut the cake into fingers and Keep frozen
