Chocolate fudge cake
This isn’t just another chocolate cake but one for hard core chocolate lovers, where you really taste the chocolate in every bite. It’s moist and delicious and won’t last long! You might as well make two since one is never enough!

Preparation:
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
2. Break up the chocolate into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl together with the butter. Microwave on high until melted, remove from the microwave and mix until blended.
3. Mix the eggs and sugar with a spoon and add the chocolate mixture. Mix everything until well combined and then add the cream, corn starch, flour and salt. Mix until smooth and combined.
4. Pour the batter evenly into the English cake pan and place in the oven.
*5. Bake for around 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs. Cool and cut into slices.
A great, moist, chocolaty cake.
