Ingredients:
5 eggs
300 gr. 1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup Instant cocoa
3/4 cup of oil
whipping cream
1/2 a cup of thinly chopped halva
1 spoon of Instant vanilla
300 gr( 2 cups plus 2 spoons) flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla Sugar
Topping:
150 gr dark chocolate
3/4 cup of whipping cream
Preparation:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar to a thick cream, then lower the speed of the mixer and add the rest of the ingredients in order of appearance.
2. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
*3. Melt chocolate together with the whipping cream and spread on the cake.
* If you do not like Halva, you can prepare the cake without it.
