200g (1½ cups, less a tablespoon) flour
150g cold butter
100g (½ cup) sugar
200g (1 cup) sugar
½ cup oil
100g bitter chocolate
100g milk chocolate
½ cup + 1 tablespoon flour
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Work the ingredients into a dough, roll it out and transfer to baking tray.
3. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden and still a little soft.
4. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate together with the oil, add the sugar and eggs, stirring quickly. To finish, add the flour and mix in.
5. Pour the mixture onto the dough and return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Stick a toothpick in and when it comes out with moist crumbs, the pie is ready.
