Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
I love cookies very much! The most beautiful sight in my opinion is of an empty cookie jar. I had a craving for some delicate cookies.I added some chocolate which gave them a touch of perfection.
Now I’m waiting for the jar to get empty again…

Ingredients:
160 gr butter cold
120 gr cornflour
150 gr flour
2 egg yolks
100 gr white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
chocolate spread
Preparation:
1. Process all ingredients into dough, let it cool for half an hour.
2. Roll the dough and cut round shapes with cookie cutters
3. bake for 8-9 minutes at 180°C and let the cookies cool, Don’t touch the cookies until they’re completely cold.
4. Spread filling on bottom of half of the cookies. Top with remaining cookies. Tighten a bit.
