Cooked Vegetables

If you asked me what the tastiest component of a meal is I would answer undoubtedly the vegetables. vegetables in all colors, in all tastes and shapes. Who needs a main course?

Ingredients:

1 eggplant
2 red peppers
2 carrots
2 Zucchini
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 cup of water
1 spoon Ketchup
1 spoon Sweet Chilly
1 spoon Paprika
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt

Preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into cubes. Put several spoons of oil in a hot pan, fry the eggplant cubes until they become soft, add carrots and fry for several more minutes, then add the other vegetables and fry for two minutes more, add the Ketchup, the water and the spices.

2. Cook for 20 minutes until everything is soft.
