


corn and spinach fritters
This is not at all connected to Hanukkah, or maybe just a little… We were hungry not for something big, just a light snack and a salad on the side. My husband likes spinach and I added cheeses. I also made a good dip next to it and life is beautiful…
Ingredients:
400 gr. spinach
1 cup corn
70 gr. Feta Cheese
100 gr. yellow cheese
3 spoons oil
1 egg
3 spoons Matza Flour
Diced black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Blanch the spinach, squeeze the water out of the spinach and chop.
3. Mix all ingredients and Shape them into small fritters
4. Fry them until they turn gold or bake at 180°C for 20 minutes on one side and 10-15 minutes on the other side.
