This recipe was love at first bite. Potatoes are one of the best side dishes in existence and the flavor combinations here are amazing! Super addictive and delicious, the whole family fell in love with them, like I did.
I served them with a sour cream dip, which took them to the next level. Makes a great accompaniment to lunch or supper.
Crispy, golden, garlicky, and finger-licking good.
