

Crustless corn quiche recipe
This is the only recipe for a crustless corn quiche that you’ll ever need. It’s just as tasty as it is easy to prepare, meaning super tasty and super easy! Perfect for lunch or supper. The cheeses in the recipe really give it a great flavor. Just mix everything together in one bowl and not even ten minutes later it’s already in the oven. A great, easy and tasty recipe.
One 20 x 30 cm baking pan / 2 English cake pans
Ingredients:
4 cups corn kernels
1 large onion
1 large clove of garlic
400 grams 5% soft white cheese
100 grams grated cheese of choice
1 potato
4 large eggs
140 grams flour (1 cup)
1 semi-heaped tsp baking powder
Ground black pepper
2 tsp salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
2. Dice the onion and the garlic. Heat 3 Tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté the onion until barely golden. Add the garlic and continue sautéing for another 2 minutes.
3. Grate the potato, mix together all the ingredients including the onion and the potato. Evenly transfer the batter to a greased baking pan and bake for around 45 minutes or until set.
