Dairy Free Banana Cake
I love simple dump and stir cakes. They’re a cinch to prepare and don’t make too much of a mess in the kitchen.
All you need is one or two bowls, some ripe bananas and some pantry staples and this cake can be on your table in less than an hour, with the oven doing most of the work.
Do you have 5 minutes to spare? Great! Whip up this cake for an easy and delicious treat.
I happened to have ripe bananas on the counter and they made their way into the oven without even the need to turn on the mixer. You should watch the video before getting started.
