Dairy Free Banana Cake

I love simple dump and stir cakes. They’re a cinch to prepare and don’t make too much of a mess in the kitchen.
All you need is one or two bowls, some ripe bananas and some pantry staples and this cake can be on your table in less than an hour, with the oven doing most of the work.
Do you have 5 minutes to spare? Great! Whip up this cake for an easy and delicious treat.
I happened to have ripe bananas on the counter and they made their way into the oven without even the need to turn on the mixer. You should watch the video before getting started.

English cake pan / Round 18 cm pan

Ingredients:

Bowl 1:
3 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
100 grams light brown sugar (1/2 cup)
80 ml oil (1/3 cup)

Bowl 2:
140 grams flour (1 cups)
1 tsp baking powder
50 grams crushed / ground nuts (1/2 cup)
1 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation:

1. Bowl 1:
Mash the bananas and mix with the sugar, eggs and oil and set aside.

2. Bowl 2:
Mix the flour, nuts, cinnamon and baking powder, and then add everything to bowl 1. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.

3. Preheat an oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tin and evenly pour in the cake batter. Bake for around 40 minutes or until the cake has set.
