Dairy Free Brownies

Every time I feel like eating something sweet or when Aviv asks for something with chocolate I make these brownies. It’s the easiest cake to make and everything’s in one bowl. There aren’t many dishes to wash and there’s no need to use the mixer.
Brownies are the secret of any baker that wants to make a tasty and effortless cake. It only takes 10 minutes to make and then to put it in the oven. The result is great. This is the perfect chocolate treat. Juicy chocolate cubes that are filled with chocolate, every bite you take is delightful.
Did I already mention that the brownies are dairy free?

25X25 Pan

Ingredients:

250 g dark chocolate (2.5 packs)
120 ml oil (half a cup) / for those who prefer dairy 150 g butter
180 g sugar (three-quarters of a cup)
A quarter cup light brown sugar (demerra)
2 tablespoons chocolate chips / a flat spoon cocoa powder
4 eggs
A teaspoon vanilla extract
120 g flour (a cup less 2 tablespoons)

Half a cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

2. Break the chocolate into cubes, put in a bowl, add oil, melt in the microwave on full power for about a minute, remove and mix until everything is uniform, add sugar, mix until the sugar is melted, add chocolate and mix.

3. Egg by egg, patiently, and mix quickly until the egg is cooked, finish with the flour, mix patiently until combined.

4. Add the chocolate chips, mix briefly and spread evenly in the pan, bake for about 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
