


Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe has slowly become one of my most requested cookie recipes – and I didn’t even notice it happening! With that, let’s give a round of applause for this chocolate chip cookie recipe! What’s great about it is that it’s dairy-free, made with oil instead of substitutes. No mixer is needed – grab a bowl and a spoon, and you’re good to go. In just 10 minutes, these cookies are ready to go into the oven.
They’re delicious, don’t require much effort, and best of all, won’t leave a mess in the kitchen. A classic cookie recipe loved by both kids and adults: 10 minutes of prep and just 15 minutes in the oven – truly the perfect recipe. In less than 30 minutes, you’ll have indulgent, soft, chocolate-filled cookies that disappear fast. Why not give them a try yourself?
Makes 40 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 200 g sugar (1 cup)
- 120 ml oil (½ cup)
- 300 g flour (2 cups + 2 tablespoons)
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup white or dark (dairy-free) chocolate chips
Preparation:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Whisk the eggs and sugar for a few seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms. Roll the dough into ping-pong-sized balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with
parchment paper. - 3. Bake for about 14 minutes. The cookies will come out soft from the oven.
Tips and Tricks:
For smaller cookies (~15g each, or the size of a marble), bake for about 12 minutes. This recipe makes approximately 50 cookies when using smaller portions.
