Delicious Tuna Cutlets
Great tuna cutlets, filled with flavors and made with a special trick that no one can resist, not even
children. Every single cutlet is so delicious and it’s all thanks to a small, ring-shaped cookie cutter that turns the cutlets into beauties with a perfect round shape.
I love it when I make tasty food, it takes only 15 minutes to make the cutlets. I recommend making a vegetable salad in advance, along with tahini and pita bread. Take a bite and feel all of the juiciness and the good flavors.
For general knowledge, Tuna is way cheaper than meat. You can find discounts and make easy meals, you don’t always have to make meat and the result is still great.

Ingredients:
3 cans of tuna (160 g each)
Finely chopped red onion/white
2 eggs
Medium grated sweet potato
Grated potato, drained
A tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
Half a cup of breadcrumbs
Spices:
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
A quarter teaspoon of paprika
A teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Preparation:
1. Drain the tuna from the oil. I recommend leaving a little oil. This contributes to the juiciness of the patties. Use your fingers to crumble the tuna and transfer to a bowl.
2. Fry the onion until nicely golden over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and transfer to a bowl. Add the grated vegetables, eggs, chili, breadcrumbs, and season.
3. Prepare a surface in advance, such as a cutting board, place the cutlet and simply fill it all the way to the top, smooth it out with your fingers, and gently lift the cutlet up, and voila, you have a beautiful, perfect tuna patty.
4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides and remove to paper towels.
