Dulce de leche brownie
So simple to make, and incredibly delicious to eat! This is so easy and simple. Your guests will think you slaved away in the kitchen for it. You will fall in love at first bite.
A layer of brownies topped by a layer of dulce de leche and bananas, topped by a layer of whipped cream. Yummy!
22 cm X 24 cm baking pan
2 large eggs
100 grams bittersweet chocolate
70 grams butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
80 grams white sugar (1/3 cup)
80 grams flour (1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp)
Dulce de leche
250 ml whipping cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder mix
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the chocolate and the butter, add the sugar and mix until combined. Then add the eggs, one at
a time, while mixing vigorously. Finally, add the flour.
3. Bake for around 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool.
*4. Spread dulce de leche on the brownies, slice the bananas and place the slices over the dulce de leche. Gently spread a thin layer of chocolate spread over the bananas.
The brownies come out thin, like the base of a cake.
