Easy Tasty Spaghetti Bolognese
I love recipes that are an entire meal in one. This is a great combination of a delicious sauce made from meat and vegetables smothering the spaghetti.
The pasta soaks up the flavors of the meat sauce, creating a perfect harmony of flavors in your mouth.
An easy classic lunch or supper recipe that won’t fail to please a crowd. A wonderful recipe for young and old alike that you’ll definitely find yourself eating straight out of the pot!
Makes 4 servings
300 grams spaghetti or pasta of choice
500 grams ground beef
100 grams tomato paste (2 Tbsp)
3/4 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp Moroccan paprika
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
Salt (if needed, to taste)
1. Finely dice the carrot and sauté it for 2-3 minutes. Finely dice the onion and add to the carrot, sautéing around 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add the meat and break up while sautéing.
2. Add the tomato paste, water and spices and cook for several more minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Add to the meat and mix for around two minutes in the pan, then serve.
