Eggplants with cauliflower
I love eggplants and I love cauliflower, so I decided to combine them. It cannot come out bad. The Cauliflower absorbed the taste of the eggplants and it only got better. The casserole came out perfect!
Ingredients:
1 small eggplant
1 small cauliflower
2 garlic cloves
1 spoon of tomato puree
1 spoon paprika
1 1/2 cups water
a bit of sugar
soup powder
diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Divide the cauliflower into small flowers, brew it in boiling water for 3 minutes
2. Cut the eggplant into small cubes, fry until it gets soft, add the cauliflower, the garlic and fry for several more minutes, add all ingredients and cook until everything is soft, but I prefer the cauliflower to stay a bit crispy.
