


Energy Bars of Rice Krispies
Tasty, healthy and so easy to make at home. preparation takes only 10 minutes and even children can take part in it. The bars contain tahini, nuts and cinnamon, they are cut into small cubes and kept in the freezer.

Ingredients:
4 cups of rice krispies
1/2 cup sesame
1/3 cup tahini
100 gr melted butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ground nuts
2 spoons halva spread
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients flatten in a pan, freeze for an hour and cut into small cubes. keep frozen.
