Fast potatoes recipe
When I get stuck without a side dish and the clock shows me there are 20 minutes left until the arrival of the children, that’s what I prepare. within 20 minutes it’s on the table! The potatoes are soft in a delicious sauce.
Ingredients:
5 medium-sized potatoes cut into small cubes
5 spoons oil
1 spoon Paprika
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. salt
Preparation:
1. Boil water and salt, cook potatoes until they become soft but don’t disintegrate (important), usually for 10 minutes. Let cool.
2. In a hot pan, fry all the other ingredients until they become a homogeneous sauce, put in the potatoes and stir-fry so that the potatoes get covered in sauce. Take off the heat.
