


Fish Balls in Sauce
Fish are a wonderful solution for those who don’t eat meat or those who do not feel like cooking meat. One doesn’t need to eat meat every day. The fish balls are soft and children love them! with a light side dish, it’s perfect lunch.
Ingredients:
400 gr minced fish fillets boneless
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
grated carrots
white pepper
1 tsp. salt
Sauce:
1 spoon paprika
1 tsp flour
1/3 tsp turmeric
1/3 tsp cumin
soup powder
crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients together and form balls about the size of a ping-pong ball, cool for 1/2 hour.
2. Fry the onion until it starts to yellow, add spices and water and cook for 2 minutes, lower the fire and add the fish balls and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
