Fish balls in tomato sauce

They are absolutely delicious! Fish balls for the entire family! Warning: they are addictive, You cannot stop at one, you desire more and more and you dip the bread into the sauce, it’s so tasty!

20 fish balls

Ingredients:

500 gr. minced Nile Perch
1 grated sweet potato
1 medium-size potato chopped and fried
1 egg
1 tsp. sweet chilly sauce
1/3 cup flour
1 flat spoon of paprika
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt

Sauce ingredients:

1 chopped medium-sized onion
2 cloves of garlic
100gr tomato puree
2 cups water
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. chicken grill
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. sugar
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients together and Form small balls the size of  Ping-Pong ball Flatten them cool for hour.

2. Fry the onion, add the garlic cloves and fry for a minute, add tomato puree, sugar, spices and water and cook for several minutes.

3. Put the meat balls into the pot so that the water reaches 3/4 of its height and cook for 20 minutes on low fire.
