


Fresh Cauliflower Salad
Suddenly, a cauliflower showed up in my fridge, I had not planned to cook cauliflower, but when my husband gets a notion in his head, he doesn’t give up. He expected me to cook something with it.
You name any dish that can be cooked with cauliflower – I’ve done it: baked cauliflower – check; restaurant cauliflower – check; cauliflower in breadcrumbs – check! So what else can I cook? I decided to make a fresh salad.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
3 grated carrots
Scallions
Dressing:
2-3 spoons mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1 spoon vinegar
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Divide the cauliflower into small flowers, brew it in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- 2. Mix the cauliflower with carrots and scallions, prepare the dressing and mix it with the salad; let it cool in the fridge for several hours until the tastes get absorbed.
