Sauteed mushrooms and peppers recipe
Really love mushrooms and cook them with everything. Another big virtue of mushrooms is that they are ready very quickly. My daughter likes them sliced and fried with onion and salt next to the omelet. Besides, I like side dishes that are ready in no time.
Ingredients:
2 packets of champignons
1 onion cut into half and sliced
4 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
1 spoon Silan
A bit of Thyme
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Cut the peppers into squares, fry for several minutes, add the onion and fry for 2 minutes add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes.
